Onsite repairs must be completed within three to five business days of the service visit.

Payment of invoices will be made based upon acceptance by the government of the entire task or the tangible product deliverables invoiced. Payments shall be based on the government certifying that satisfactory services were provided, and the contractor has certified that labor charges are accurate.

All service engineers/technicians shall be certified by Powerex to service the high-pressure Powerex oil-free scroll air compressors. Offerors must provide documentation of current Powerex authorization and certification of the engineers/technicians who will service the compressors.
