Request for quotations for the supply and delivery of drapery fabric, sheer fabric, and blackout fabric for the U. S. Embassy Kuwait. Quotations are due by July 15, 2026. The award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable, and responsible offeror. Fabric samples are required. Delivery is to the U. S. Embassy Kuwait within 30 calendar days after receipt of the purchase order. Partial deliveries will not be accepted. All prices shall be quoted in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD). VAT is not applicable.
All awarded items shall be delivered to U. S. Embassy Kuwait, at Bayan Area within thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of the purchase order. Partial deliveries will not be accepted. All awarded items shall be delivered as a single, complete shipment.
Embassy payment terms are 30 days net credit. Payment is due within 30 days after the receipt of a proper invoice. Invoice is required to be sent electronically to the Embassy Finance Office email: kuwaitdbo@state. gov.
Warranty information, if applicable, is required as part of the submission.

Qualified contractors are invited to submit quotations. Offerors must submit an acceptable quote that includes completed pricing schedule, unit prices, extended prices, total evaluated price, UEI number or completed FAR ****, detailed fabric specifications, country of origin and manufacturer information, product literature, catalogs, technical data sheets, and/or fabric samples.
Fabric samples sufficient to demonstrate compliance are required.
Failure to follow submission instructions will render the offer noncompliant and ineligible for further consideration. Failure to quote all line items may render the quotation nonresponsive and ineligible for award consideration.
