Payment will be processed through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system. Specific document types for payment requests and receiving reports are detailed in the solicitation.

The government will award a purchase order to the responsible vendor whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered, on a lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) basis.

Quotes must reflect the required specifications and the exact brand specified in the statement of work. The solicitation is a total small business set-aside, and offerors must be responsible vendors.
