If the service provider fails to remedy matters complained of within one day after written notice, they shall be deemed in default, and the town may automatically terminate the contract without notice.
Quotations that are incomplete, conditional, or obscure, or which contain additions not called for will be rejected. Failure to acknowledge receipt of addenda may also be cause to reject the quotation.
