Payments made within 30 days from receipt of acceptable invoice. the city will make payments to the contractor within thirty 30 days from the date of receipt of the contractors acceptable statement.

One-year guarantee on materials and workmanship. the bidder will unconditionally guarantee the materials and workmanship for one 1 year from completion of the project.

Failure to comply with the principal place of business form requirement may cause nonresponsiveness. failure to comply will cause a vendor to be considered nonresponsive to the terms of this solicitation.
