The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a four-year, base-plus-four-year, firm fixed-price, single-source BPA to KCI USA, Inc. for annual daily wound vac rentals. The BPA period is from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2030. Invoices must be submitted electronically via the eInvoice submission portal at the Tungsten Network. The vendor will provide 24/7 phone and onsite troubleshooting support, as well as yearly and as-needed training to hospital staff. The VA will provide general cleaning and notification of patient discharge.
