Drain construction Division 1: Open channel drain construction, woody debris management, two- stage channel construction, drain crossings, private crossings ( various CMP arch culverts), soil erosion and sedimentation control, riprap, mulch blanket, open channel seeding, miscellaneous, mobilization. Division 2: County road crossing replacements ( Oak Street, Noffke Drive, Duncan Lake Road) including traffic control, removals, dewatering ( reinforced concrete box culvert, aluminum box culvert), bituminous restoration, gravel road restoration, soil erosion and sedimentation control, riprap, mulch blanket, miscellaneous, mobilization, SESC measures. Division 3: Regional detention basin construction including basin grading, basin restoration, rock roll grade control structure, riprap overflow spillway, RCP storm sewers, soil erosion and sedimentation control, silt fence, stabilized construction access, miscellaneous, mobilization, utility investigation protection, access control gate and signs.
