This statement of work (SOW) details requirements for replenishment spares for the AN/ALR-56M advanced radar warning receiver, focusing on mitigating potential diminishing manufacturing sources and material shortages (DMSMS) for the radio frequency (RF) switch. Contractors must be registered in SAM. gov and the Joint Certification Program (JCP). The solicitation will not be posted on SAM. gov, but issued directly to the sole source vendor. The FAA is seeking proposals for a new air traffic control system. The final request for proposals (RFP) was published on July 11, 2025, with proposals due at 4 PM ET on July 25, 2025. The FAA is accelerating the timeline due to imminent initial funding and the 3-4 year deadline for the new system. Offerors have 30 days to prepare proposals. The FAA invites feedback on the draft RFP and potential policy changes. The FAA also invites ideas on the integrator receiving the full amount of initial funding and alternative funding arrangements, including public-private partnerships.
