Bidders are required to read the Request for Bids (RFB) in its entirety and follow the instructions. The due date for bids is Thursday, May 15, 2025, 2:00 PM CST. Bids must be submitted electronically (via email to ***@***. *. *) and must not exceed 20MB. Complete and return Forms A through E to City of Madison Purchasing Services by the due date. All bids must be clearly labeled. Bidders are responsible for reviewing Appendix A (standard terms and conditions) and Appendix B (sample contract) prior to submission. Multiple bids are permitted, but each must fully conform to the requirements. Questions about the RFB must be submitted in writing to the purchasing services administrator. The City of Madison reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. All information submitted may be made available for public inspection. A site visit/pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 6, 2025, at 9:30 AM in the lobby of Russ Hall. A bid bond of 10% of the base bid is required. Bidders must be prequalified by the NJ Division of Property Management and Construction (DPMC) with a minimum aggregate rating of $1,000,000.
