Cabinets are warranted for five years, countertops for five years, plumbing fixtures for one year, and workmanship for one year. contractor must warranty all workmanship on all materials and labor for the following: 1. cabinets: for a period of five 5 years

TMD shall consider the following best value factors: price, compliance with specifications, delivery timeframe, and indicators of probable performance. in determining the best value, tmd shall consider the following best value factors: a. price of the item

Respondents must provide references for a minimum of three past or current projects of similar size and complexity performed within the past five years. respondents must identify and submit references verification of experience, a minimum of three 3 past or current projects of similar size and complexity performed within the past five 5 years.

If contractor fails to comply with the terms of the contract, TMD may withhold payment or deduct costs incurred to remedy noncompliance. if contractor fails to comply with the terms of the contract, tmd may withhold contractors payment.

Two mandatory site visits are scheduled for **** and **** to attend one will result in disqualification. failure to attend one 1 of the site visits will result in disqualification of the response.

Bidders must be normally engaged in performing the type of work specified, have adequate organizational resources, facilities, equipment, and personnel. They must have an existing active service agreement with the tribe's Housing Department, be licensed, have a minimum of two years of experience, and maintain adequate insurance. bidder must have an existing activefunded service agreement with the tribes housing department.

A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for August 11, 2026, at 10:00 am at **** Codys Way, Clewiston, FL **** is mandatory for award eligibility. attendance is mandatory to be eligible for award.

Questions must be submitted by August 14, 2026, at 5:00 pm. Questions outside of the prebid conference must be submitted through bidnet direct as listed in section iv, paragraph 3 submission instructions by the deadline for questions to receive a formal written response.

Failure to disclose subcontractors, not meeting requirements, submitting altered files, illegible submissions, or violating the cone of silence may lead to disqualification. failure to make such disclosure at the time of bid may result in rejection of the subcontractor and the resulting agreement.

A pre-bid walk thru for all bidders will be on August 10 at 2:00 p. m. at 1 Traverse Square, Middletown CT.
