This notice informs vendors of the VA's intent to solicit laboratory chemical fumes hood inspection and testing at Captain James Lovell FHCC in North Chicago, IL. Interested firms must have at least 3 years of consecutive experience in performing these services in adherence with USP 797 and applicable VA industry standards. Certifications must be signed by a NSF 49 technician and all USP certification work must be performed by a CETA technician registered as a cleanroom certification professional.
