El Paso State Supported Living Center is seeking bids for dental anesthesia services for its residents. The contract is for a term of September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2029. Payment will be made in accordance with chapter **** of the Texas Government Code, the Texas Prompt Payment Act. Invoices must be submitted monthly or as otherwise indicated on the purchase order.
Award will be made to the bidder who provides the best value to the state, considering bidder meeting or exceeding requirements, ability to meet performance delivery requirements, and price.
Bidders must have relevant experience of at least two years. Personnel must be fully trained with at least two years of relevant experience, hold a current license with the Texas Board of Dental Examiners, and be at least 18 years of age. Three verifiable references are required.
Failure to comply with sole point of contact requirements, submitting exceptions to the IFB, including assumptions in a response, not properly and timely notifying the sole point of contact of any ambiguity, conflict, discrepancy, or error, and failure to monitor the ESBD for addenda can lead to disqualification.
