The City of Greeley is seeking proposals for homeless services programming in two areas: permanent supportive housing for 64 households and housing/resource navigation including diversion and rapid rehousing for 4 households. Proposals will be evaluated based on Company and Personnel (40%), Approach to Scope (30%), and Prior Experience (30%).
Minimum mandatory qualifications include the ability to provide direct services to households in the City of Greeley, use of HMIS, and specific insurance coverages.
In addition to any other legal or equitable remedy, if the City terminates this contract due to the contractor's breach, the contractor shall be liable for actual and consequential damages.
An optional pre-proposal meeting will be held on July 8, 2026, at 10 am MST.
A protest must be submitted within ten calendar days after the aggrieved person knows or should have known of the facts giving rise thereto.
