This is a Request for Information (RFI) /Sources Sought Notice, not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Long Beach Healthcare System is seeking information on potential qualified sources capable of providing a full site objective evaluation and testing system equivalent to BTE's EvalTech. The system should be used for Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs) to objectively measure a veteran's ability to perform physical tasks for occupational responsibilities or reservist duties. Key requirements include grip and pinching testing, a height-adjustable column, bilateral push-pull testing, dynamic lift and carry testing up to 130lb, push-pull testing up to 500lb, timed test functionality, custom test creation, real-time results display, and real-time heart rate monitoring. Training for VA personnel is also required at no additional cost. Responses should include company capabilities, feedback on requirements, business size status (SDVOSB, VOSB, HUBZone, WOSB, large business), manufacturer/distributor status, adherence to Buy American Act, lead time, estimated lifespan, FDA clearance, leasing options, existing federal contracts, and general pricing. The contractor shall complete the work required under this SOW in 60 calendar days or less from the date of award, unless otherwise directed by the contracting officer.
