Grocery Biddings - Procurement Opportunities

Sealed bids are invited from qualified contractors to provide food service dry goods for the 1st quarter to the student nutrition department. The solicitation is for ecommerce bulk delivery of dry, chill, and frozen grocery products to 170 commissary locations within a 30-mile radius. The contract period is from July 24, 2025, to July 23, 2026. A minimum guarantee of $10,**** in deliveries is required during the base period. Offers must be submitted electronically through the PIEe system. Detailed technical capability plans, including integration, management, staffing, and food safety compliance, are required in Volume II. Price proposals, including assumptions and risks, are due in Volume I. Past performance information for three recent and relevant contracts is required in Volume III. This solicitation is for the acquisition of various food items for delivery to the Federal Correctional Institute in Yazoo City, MS. The acquisition is set aside for small businesses. Full delivery must be completed by July 21st, 2025, unless deliveries are scheduled weekly. The contract type is firm fixed price.
