This is a sources sought notice, not a solicitation, to identify sources capable of providing drydock maintenance to the US Coast Guard cutter USCGC Mallet WLIC **** and USCG Barge **** in FY26. The applicable NAICS code is ****, shipbuilding and repairing, and the size standard is 1,300 employees. Interested parties must register at SAM (System for Award Management) and submit information by **** PST September 1, 2025, including company name, address, DUNS number, point of contact, phone number, business size, and documentation verifying small business certification (if applicable). Past performance information is also requested. The anticipated period of performance is January 27, 2026 through April 07, 2026, subject to change.

This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items, using simplified acquisition procedures. Responses are requested from qualified sources capable of providing synthetic deck panels, as identified in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). All parts must be new; no refurbished or used parts will be accepted. The solicitation is available electronically at SAM. gov and/or PIEe. The RFQ number is ****.

This contract is for indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) marine engineering and naval architecture services. The contract is set aside for small businesses only. The contract term is five years, starting in Q4 FY26 and ending in Q4 FY31. The average task order value is estimated at approximately $500,000, with a maximum value of $2,000,000. A guaranteed minimum of $10,000 will be satisfied by a simultaneous award of a task order with the base contract.

This procurement is for 8 seals and bodies (NSN 1HS **** ****) for Navy submarines. The requirement is 100% set aside for small businesses. The government will award the contract to the responsible offeror whose quotation results in the best value, considering price and non-price factors (delivery lead time and past performance).
