The City of Fort Collins is seeking proposals for construction services at Southridge Golf Course, including bunkers, tee boxes, and cart paths. Proposals are due July 21, 2026. Service provider warrants all services performed shall be performed with the highest degree of competence and care. All materials and equipment incorporated into any services shall be new and of the most suitable grade. Service provider warrants all equipment, materials, labor and other services against defects and nonconformances for twelve 12 months from and after final acceptance under the agreement, or the original manufacturer's warranty term, whichever is longer.
Proposals will be evaluated based on understanding of project objectives, methodology, firm capability, assigned personnel, sustainability commitment, and cost/work hours.
The professional must be licensed and certified in the state of Colorado. The contractor must have completed a minimum of 15 landscaping projects on golf courses with a budget of over $50,000 during the past 7 years.
Proposals not submitted by the designated opening date and time will not be accepted. Failure to provide a public viewing copy will be considered a waiver of any claim of confidentiality. Proposals that do not conform to submission requirements may be rejected.
