Installation shall be completed within thirty (30) calendar days of contract award. Maintenance and support services shall begin immediately after installation.

Contractor shall provide a one-year warranty for all parts, equipment (unless manufacturer warranty is longer), and labor.

Award will be made to the responsible quoter whose quotation is most advantageous to the government, based on a comparative evaluation of quotations against the following factors: a detailed approach of installation and configuration, details of coverages under maintenance agreements, proof of Amag certification, relevant past performance, and price. The non-price factors, when combined, are more important than price.

Contractor shall be an Amag Symmetry dealer and experienced with Amag Symmetry maintenance and support. Offerors must have an active SAM. gov registration.
