PROTECTIVE BARRIERS FOR UNATTENDED SPACES PROJECT The consultant shall conduct field reviews and investigations to deliver a design for installation of 8- foot tall wrought iron fencing that will enhance security barriers around City owned flood control channels and pump stations. The city owns approx. 17 bridges that pass over flood control channels and two ( 2) pump stations. Fourteen bridge crossings and two pump stations are in need of enclosures. FY 2026- 27 program will aim to enclose unattended space
