This is a nonpersonal services contract for dry type fire suppression system maintenance and testing of grease hoods, exhaust fans, and chemical hazmat sheds at the VA Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS). The contract period includes a base year (10/15/2026 to 10/14/2027) plus up to four option years. Services must adhere to NFPA standards. Contractors must possess a California C16 license and relevant certifications. Invoices must be submitted electronically. Site visits are scheduled for September 8, 2026.
