Delivery for CLINs **** is required within 150 calendar days from the date of award. For option CLINs ****, delivery is also within 150 calendar days from the date of option exercise.

Payment will be made by electronic funds transfer (EFT) through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system. Contractors must register and use WAWF for submitting payment requests and receiving reports.

On-site repair, troubleshooting, or replacement services must be provided in Japan during the warranty period. Offerors not located in Japan must demonstrate an established partnership with a local authorized service provider.

Award will be made to the responsible quoter whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, is most advantageous to the government, considering price and other factors. Delivery schedule compliance and specification compliance are also evaluation factors.

Offerors must be responsible and provide a detailed delivery plan and documentation demonstrating that offered items meet required specifications, including compliance with Japanese electrical standards and local safety certifications.

Failure to submit verifiable evidence of local warranty service capability will result in the offer being evaluated as technically unacceptable and not considered for award. Non-compliance with Japanese electrical standards or TAA will also lead to rejection.

The contract period is from the date of award through August 31, 2027. For specific items, delivery is expected within 10 days of order for detainee clothing and accessories.

Oklahoma county payment terms are net 30 days from receipt of invoice, after services are rendered.

The successful bidder agrees that the supplies or services furnished under this award shall be covered by the most favorable commercial warranties the supplier gives to any customer for such supplies or services.

Oklahoma county will award the solicitation based on lowest and best criteria and reserves the right to award by category if it best fits the county's need.

The county must award only to responsible bidders possessing the ability to perform successfully under the terms and conditions of a proposed procurement.

Failure to provide usage reports may result in cancellation or suspension of award. Time is of the essence and the order is subject to termination for failure to deliver as specified and/or appropriate damages.

Oklahoma county may request samples of all offered products for evaluation. Upon request, samples shall be furnished by prospective vendors within 3 days of the request after notification.

A supplier shall submit written notice to the purchasing director of a protest of an award by the county within ten 10 business days of award.

The purchasing agent may remove any vendor on the bidders list for grounds including three consecutive failures to respond to the notice to bid, failure to make timely delivery, or giving false or misleading information.

The estimated time of delivery in calendar days after receipt of a purchase order is required from the vendor.

The county will award this solicitation to a sole vendor.

Vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance that is current and includes all statutory requirements. Certificates that are out of date or not in compliance may result in the proposal being deemed nonresponsive or nonresponsible. Vendors will be required to carry workers compensation. Companies must certify that they do not owe delinquent taxes to the County of Lexington at the time of solicitation opening.

All uniforms specified, both summer and winter completely new, shall be delivered within thirty 30 working days after the signing of the contract.

Billing will be on a monthly basis. On or before the first day of each month, the contractor must submit to each individual department receiving uniform rental service, a voucher using the towns standard form, for service provided in the preceding month.

The contractor warrants and represents that it is an equal opportunity employer. Garments which do not fit properly must be replaced with those of proper fit at no additional cost to the town. Any garment beyond repair, whether cleaned by bidder or not cleaned by bidder, must be replaced immediately, at no additional cost to the town.

An award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder.

Only qualified bidders who have adequate experience, finances, equipment and personnel will be considered in making awards, based upon qualifying data submitted with the bid proposal.

If the successful bidder fails to maintain adequate service to the town at all times during the period of the contract, the town of ramapo reserves the right to purchase these services elsewhere, and any excess cost to the town must be absorbed by the successful bidder.

Bidder shall submit with his bid, as a sample, one 1 complete set of garments to be furnished. A bid will not be considered if it does not comply with this requirement.

No bidder may withdraw hisherits proposal within fortyfive 45 days after the date set for the opening there for, but may withdraw hisherits proposal at any time prior to the scheduled date for the opening of proposals.

If the contractor, any officer, director or any party holding a controlling interest defined as five 5 percent or more, or in the case of a corporation any stockholder owning five 5 percent or more of the outstanding shares is convicted of a crime, excluding class b and unclassified misdemeanors as defined under the new york state penal law and its equivalent in any sister state or under federal law related to the subject matter of this agreement or if a related or affiliated company, partnership or corporation is convicted of a crime, excluding class b and unclassified misdemeanors as defined under the new york state penal law and its equivalent in any sister state or under federal law related to the subject matter of this agreement, after this agreement is fully executed, the town shall have the right to terminate this agreement without penalty.
