The City of Chester's Summer Food Program is seeking quotes for food products to prepare meals for snacks, breakfast, and lunch. The request includes specific examples of food items.

The Virginia Army National Guard requires prepared lunch and dinner meals for soldiers attending home station activities at the Roanoke Regional Readiness Center in Troutville, VA, from July 22 to September 14, 2025. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform the delivery of prepared meals. Specific meal requirements, including allergy, vegetarian, and halal options, are detailed in the document. A menu must be provided to the COR 10 calendar days prior to the event. No nuts or seafood in meals. The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, policies, permits, and insurance pertaining to the food industry. The government will provide a final count of meals required by July 1, 2025, including any vegetarian, vegan, and halal requirements or limitations. The contractor must prepare all meals off-site and transport them to the workspace. The contractor must maintain a temperature log. The government reserves the right to have medical service personnel inspect for compliance with all sanitary requirements throughout the life of the contract. The contractor must comply with all applicable installation facility access and local security policies and procedures. The contractor must designate a contract manager (CM) and an alternate who shall act for the contractor when the CM is absent, to be designated in writing to the KO no later than 7 days before the service. The CM or alternate shall have full authority to act for the contractor on all contract matters relating to daily operation of this contract. The contractor shall ensure compliance with all regulations and orders of the installation, which may affect performance. The government reserves the right to direct the removal of an employee from government property or revoke access to government systems for misconduct, security reasons, or any overt evidence of communicable disease. Removal of contractor employees for reasons stated above does not relieve the contractor from responsibility for total performance of this contract.

The Cattaraugus County requires a continuous food commodity service at the county center building. The successful proposer will operate a snack bar from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday through Friday (or other mutually agreed upon hours), except days the building is closed. The vendor will supply all equipment, operate and maintain it, and provide a price sheet for regular items. The vendor will pay the county **** per quarter, with checks due by the 15th of the month following the quarter. A 1. 5% penalty applies to late payments. The contract will be awarded to the most responsible proposer that meets all specifications. The county reserves the right to investigate the proposer's ability to perform the work. The contract period is two years, with an option for two one-year extensions. The successful proposer must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. A performance bond of $500 will be required. Proposals not prepared and submitted in accordance with the provisions will be considered informal. A list of at least three references is required. The vendor agrees to repair any damage to county property caused by operation, installation, or removal of equipment within five working days of notification. Failure to meet delivery or completion schedules may result in legal action. No taxes are to be billed to the county, except those specifically levied by federal or state law. The vendor shall not assign, transfer, sublet, or otherwise dispose of the contract without prior written consent. The county may terminate the contract upon 30 days' written notice, and the vendor may terminate upon 60 days' written notice. The vendor must provide a noncollusive bidding certification.

Sealed bids are requested for the provision of inmate commissary items. Bids must be received by 2:00 PM on May 5, 2025. Vendors must hold their price firm for 90 business days. Alternative bids are not accepted unless authorized. Vendors must be registered with the procurement division prior to submitting their bid. The county will accept electronically transmitted bids. Additional information requests should be directed to Robert Mackey. The county reserves the right to award the bid on an all-or-none, line-item, or schedule basis. The evaluation criteria are listed in the notice. Vendors must complete the bid forms contained in the bid package. The county will not be responsible for any costs incurred by the bidder in the preparation of their bid. The county requires that bids be submitted as one marked original and one exact copy. The county is requesting that bids be submitted on recycled paper, not include unnecessary advertising, and be made on both sides of each sheet of paper. Vendors must have the ability to accept payment via the ecommerce card visa. A minimum of 30 days is required to process invoices for payment. Vendors must, upon request, furnish satisfactory evidence of their ability to furnish products or services in accordance with the terms and conditions of these specifications. The condition of the commissary items must be clean and rid of any trash and odors. All commissary items must be processed immediately and shipped within seven business days to the address listed on each purchase order. Delivery must be between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM Monday through Friday. Bidders must include all destination and delivery charges in their price. Vendors must notify the procurement division of any item number changes throughout the term of the bid. Vendors must use the pricing sheet attached in section VI. Vendors must complete the pricing sheet and return with their bid. The county reserves the right to reject any and all bids received. Bidders may be required to submit samples of each brand bid. The successful bidder must deliver only products that are fresh and well within the shelf life of that product. Any subcontracting must be approved in advance by Knox County. Prospective bidders may submit questions concerning this solicitation until April 21, 2025 at 4:30 PM local time. All questions must be submitted in writing. All documents submitted on behalf of this invitation for bid shall be open to the public for viewing and inspection.
