A stand-alone Windows 11 workstation is required, operating completely offline without AFNet, Wi-Fi, or commercial internet connectivity. Entry data must be logged and stored for at least 45 days. The CCTV system requires cameras at 6 interior locations with at least 2K quality video in low-light IR conditions with facial feature recognition. Footage must be retained for 120 days and integrated with the ACS workstation. Installation training for USG personnel, as-built drawings, and O&M manuals are required. A minimum 1-year warranty on workmanship, parts, and labor is expected, with a service response time not exceeding three business days for in-scope issues.
