Indianapolis Campus Overflow housing for students
Request for Proposal for Indianapolis Campus Overflow Housing for Students 30- 40 double occupancy rooms, each furnished with two queen beds. Rooms should be clustered together to the greatest extent possible. Flexibility to add or remove furniture as needed to ensure an equitable experience for two occupants. Complimentary access to standard complimentary hotel amenities, including fitness center, swimming pool, wifi able to handle bandwidth needs for 60- 70 full- time residents, breakfast, and business center. Complimentary access to premium amenities, including parking, a dedicated lounge or common area for studying and programs, and in- room microwave and refrigerator. Access to onsite coin- operated laundry facilities at a reduced cost. One complimentary room provided at no cost for an IU housing staff member to reside onsite and support IU students. Housekeeping services provided once per week, including trash removal and linen/towel exchange. Onsite security available for after- hours response. Hotel
