This is a multiple award blanket purchase agreement (BPA) for R6 vehicle maintenance and repair. The BPA covers maintenance, repair, and rebuilding of vehicular equipment components in the region of Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, South Dakota, Kansas, Nebraska, Colorado, and Utah, and within 150 miles of the vehicle's location. The government is obligated only to the extent of authorized purchases. The authorized limit ceiling is $12,000,**** shared across all BPAs awarded for this requirement over the 10-year life of the BPAs. The government reserves the right to not compete every call amongst BPA holders, but may award directly to a particular awardee. A list of authorized individuals to place orders will be provided at the time of BPA award. All deliveries must be accompanied by delivery tickets or invoices containing specific information. Modifications to the BPA, including prices, may be made upon mutual agreement of the parties. Electronic invoicing and payment requirements are in place, using the US Department of the Treasury's Invoice Processing Platform (IPP). Past performance evaluations will be conducted using the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS). Offerors must complete specific representations and certifications, including those related to small business concerns, veteran-owned small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, and economically disadvantaged women-owned small businesses. The vendor must submit a signed Form ****, a statement confirming their ability to perform the work and having certified mechanics, an hourly labor rate for in-shop equipment repair, and potentially other rates for diagnostics, travel, and on-site repair. All applicable representations, certifications, and other statements must be submitted to SAM (System for Award Management). The government reserves the right to award directly to a particular awardee, such as awarding to a BPA holder closest in geographic proximity to the vehicle or related equipment needing repair/maintenance.
