Proposals should demonstrate the contractor's understanding of the project scope and required services, as well as the necessary qualifications to successfully provide the services. he proposal should demonstrate that the contractor understands the intent and scopeof the project, the services required, and the specific tasks that must be performed whilesupplying these services. in addition, the contractor should demonstrate thequalifications necessary to successfully provide the services.

Failure to maintain the required production rate may result in work being completed by city staff or another contractor at the contractor's expense. Liquidated damages of up to **** per day may be assessed for difficulty in meeting the schedule.
