The bid is for a one-year contract for inmate clothing and sandals for Cleveland County. Bidders must submit a sample of all items with their bid. Bidders must submit their bids electronically through BidBuy by 10/08/2025 2:00:00 PM CST. The bid must remain firm for 90 days from opening. The state requires a fee of $15 to cover expenses related to the administration of the minority contractor opportunity initiative.
