The US Fish and Wildlife Service intends to award a sole-source purchase order to Coast Machinery LLC for a Marsh Master multi-use amphibious tracked vehicle. The vehicle is needed to replace a similar vehicle that is out of service. Market research indicated limited sources for similar specialized equipment. The acquisition is justified by urgency, exclusive licensing, and the need for a specific vehicle type. Interested parties have three calendar days to express their interest and demonstrate that competition would be advantageous to the government.
