The base period of performance shall be from 1 August 2026 to 31 July 2027, with 4 subsequent option years. Service is required 44 weeks out of the year, as there will be 8 weeks that the exchange service will not be required. Additionally, this agency may also utilize the contracting officers or units personal knowledge of any past contracts to evaluate the contractors past performance to ensure the best value for the government. c. Contractor personnel must possess a valid driver's license, current registration, and proof of insurance to access the installation. Contractor and all associated subcontractor employees shall provide all information required for background checks to meet installation access requirements. Contractor and all associated subcontractors shall brief all employees on the local iWatch Army program training standards provided by the requiring activity (ATO). All contractor employees, including subcontractor employees, requiring access to Army installations, facilities and controlled access areas shall complete an AT Level I awareness training within 30 calendar days after contract start date or effective date of incorporation of this requirement into the contract, whichever is applicable.
