Proposals are due by June 12, 2026, at 2:00 PM local time. The contract is effective with a preferred beginning date of August 1, 2026, or date of board approval, whichever is later, through completion of the project.

Offerors with a record of poor performance with the school district in the last 24 months may be found non-responsible and ineligible for award. Failure to provide documentation supporting a bidder's claim of resident bidder status upon request shall result in disqualification of the bidder or contract termination.
