Installation of fiber optic cable in the Tahoma Woods area of Mount Rainier National Park Feeder cable installation: the contractor shall procure and pull a 120strand singlemode fiber optic feeder cable from the designated optical distribution frame odf located in the server room of the administration building, through existing and new vaultsconduit to the furthest vault in the housing area for midspan cable distribution. Pathway containment: all underground cabling shall be installed in existing or new conduit systems as specified in the drawings included in the appendix of this document. the contractor shall ensure the use of tracer wire and pulltapes with linear length markers in all installed segments. Subsurface vaults splicing: the contractor shall supply and install six 6 subsurface vaults handholes for midspan access and express fiber splicing to distribute fibers to downstream buildings while maintaining continuity of remaining fibers toward subsequent vaults.
