The Barrow County School System is seeking proposals for the installation of a structured cabling plant at the Center for Innovative Teaching. Vendors must submit proposals by 11:00 AM local time on Monday, April 21, 2025, to ***@***. *. *, with the subject line cfit cabling response. Proposals must include a signed proposal form, a proposal checklist, a statement of vendor qualifications, a signed affidavit, and copies of low-voltage license and RC&D certification. The proposal must detail total costs, commencement and completion schedules, bill of materials, cable testing procedures, warranty services, and other considerations. The award will be made to the lowest-priced technically acceptable proposal based on the requirements of the PWS. Proposals will be evaluated on technical acceptance criteria including a detailed scope of work, engineered drawings, bill of materials, labor breakdown, total cost, and final deliverables (2 hard copies + CDs of as-builts, test results, rack elevation drawings). PDF or AutoCAD is acceptable for soft copies for review prior to final walkthrough. Questions should be addressed to the point of contact (POC) by April 11, 2025.
