This is a Request for Information (RFI) from the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) on behalf of the United States Navy (USN) seeking innovative, cost-effective solutions for managing Defense Fuel Support Points (DFSPs). Interested parties are requested to provide detailed information on their company, proposed concept, operational benefits, implementation plan, risk assessment, relevant experience, scalability, cybersecurity posture, benefits to the Navy installation, experience with government partnerships, proposed structure, assessment of governing regulations, facility assessments, and legal authorities for revenue sharing and enhanced use leasing.
