Due Date Government Bids & RFPs

The bid due date is Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at 11 a. m. EST. Bids shall be accepted prior to the due date, but not later than the due date and time. Bids shall be submitted in hard copy format.

A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at 11:00 a. m. EST at **** Van Fleet Circle, Suite 200, Doraville, GA ****.

The state reserves the right to make an award on the basis of low line-item bid, low total of line-items, or in any other combination that will serve the best interest of the state and to reject any and all bid items in the sole discretion of the state.

By signing the bid, the bidder certifies that if a Texas address is shown, the bidder qualifies as a Texas bidder as defined in Title 34 TAC Rule ****, respondents certify compliance with executive orders regarding foreign adversaries.
