Proposals must be submitted by 5:00 PM local time on July 10, 2026. by 5:00 pm on july 10, 2026.

Firms will be evaluated on their qualifications, with the highest scoring firm selected. gpcog to evaluate firms on the basis of their qualifications.

Requests for clarification must be received by June 25, 2026. Communication must be received by june 25, 2026 to ensure a timely response.

Proposals containing cost information in the technical proposal may be subject to disqualification. Proposals containing cost information may be subject to disqualification.

The proposal submission deadline is July 7, 2026, at 2:00 p. m. CDT.

The supplier must ensure invoices are accurate, clear, and itemized. Invoices must include contract number, supplier name, participating agency name, SKUs, product/service description, quantity, UOM, contract NTE, list price, discounts, and invoice total. The solicitation is a Best Value solicitation.

Proposals are sought from qualified vendors.

Failure to complete federal contract terms and conditions certification forms may impact the ability of a participating agency to purchase from the supplier using federal funds. Failure to submit required New Jersey forms may disqualify the supplier from offering products or services in New Jersey.

The ordering periods are estimated as follows: Ordering Period 1: 21 September 2026 - 20 September 2027; Ordering Period 2: 21 September 2027 - 20 September 2028; Ordering Period 3: 21 September 2028 - 20 September 2029; Ordering Period 4: 21 September 2029 - 20 September 2030; Ordering Period 5: 21 September 2030 - 20 September 2031.

The contractor will invoice for services on a monthly basis, unless otherwise specified in the task order. Payment requests and receiving reports are to be submitted electronically via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).

The government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered.

The solicitation is being solicited as a competitive 8(a) set-aside under the provisions of section 8(a) of the Small Business Act. Offerors must comply with cybersecurity maturity model certification (CMMC) level requirements.

In accordance with FAR ****, if services do not conform to contract requirements and cannot be corrected, the government may reduce the contract price. The government also reserves the right to reduce the contract price for any services not performed for thirty (30) consecutive calendar days or more.

The prime contractor agrees that neither it, nor its affiliates and subcontractors, shall be eligible to receive a prime contract with USSOCOM in which the Information Technology Office (e. g. , J6, G6, N6, etc. ) is the customer or plays a role in the contract in any way, during the performance of this contract.

The total 5-year contract maximum dollar value is $64,000,****.
