Offerors must certify to the government that they have, or have access to, the required facilities and equipment to repair, inspect, test, package, and store the item. The offeror shall make their facilities, equipment, tooling, and personnel available for evaluation and inspection by the government.

The government retains the right to exercise the option to inspect the testing processes, including on site witnessing of any or all documented testing. The offerors facilities shall be made available for government inspection during these tests.

The offeror must provide, at their own expense, a pre contract award qualification article for evaluation by the government. This article must comply with all of the requirements of drawing ****.

Warranty and software updates for 1 year are required.

This acquisition is set aside for veteran owned small business concerns. Offers received from entities that are not certified VOSBs or SDVOSBs and listed in the SBA certification database at the time of offer shall not be considered.

In the event of the contractor's or a subcontractor's noncompliance with clause C. 3, this contract may be canceled, terminated, or suspended in whole or in part, and the contractor or subcontractor may be declared ineligible for further government contracts.
