The U. S. Consulate General Matamoros is seeking a contractor for comprehensive janitorial services. Proposals are due by February 9th, 2026, at 12:00 PM local time. A preproposal conference will be held on January 15th, 2026. Offerors must submit proposals electronically and include specific documents, including **** and IRS Form W14. The contract is for a one-year period with four one-year options. The government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. The contractor must provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and insurance. The contractor shall provide evidence of the insurance required under this contract within ten 10 calendar days after contract award. The government may rescind or terminate the contract if the contractor fails to timely submit insurance certificates identified above. The contractor shall prepare general instructions for the work force and provide drafts to the contracting officers representative cor for review within fifteen days after contract award. The contractor shall designate a representative who shall be responsible for onsite supervision of the contractors workforce at all times. The contractor shall inform the cor of any actual or potential labor dispute that is delayingor threatening to delay the timely performance of this contract. The contractor shall provide the following list of data on each employee who will be working under the contract after 10 days of the award of the contract. The contractor shall maintain schedules. The schedules shall take into consideration the hours that the staff can effectively perform their services without placing a burden on the security personnel of the u. s. consulate general matamoros. The contractor shall maintain an accurate record on all mishaps incident to work performed under this contract resulting in death, traumatic injury, occupational disease, or damage to or theft of property, materials, supplies, or equipment. The contractor shall report this data in the manner prescribed by the contracting officer. The government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement. The government will determine contractor responsibility by analyzing whether the apparent successful offeror complies with the requirements of far subpart 9. 1. The government will perform an initial review of proposals received to determine compliance with the terms of the solicitation. The government may reject as unacceptable proposals which do not conform to the solicitation. The government will evaluate offers by converting the foreign currency to united states currency using the exchange rate used by the embassy in effect as follows: a for acquisitions conducted using sealed bidding procedures, on the date of offer opening. b for acquisitions conducted using negotiation procedures 1 on the date specified for receipt of offers, if award is based on initial offers otherwise 2 on the date specified for receipt of proposal revisions.

The solicitation for the repair of vacuum pump assemblies is extended to August 22, 2025. The repair turnaround time (RTAT) is 118 days after receipt of the asset. The contractor must provide a throughput constraint for each National Stock Number (NSN). Early and incremental deliveries are accepted and preferred. The assembly configuration is known to the government and currently in use. Alternative assemblies are not authorized unless approved by the cognizant government contracting agency. The vendor must provide all equipment and personnel necessary for the repair process. A data sheet outlining the fault, repair, and final quality assurance card must be provided prior to shipment. All other documentation must comply with applicable contract documents. The first submission is upon submission of a test sample, and subsequent submissions upon completion of the contract.
