Firms must have one principal who is a registered professional engineer in Louisiana, a professional in charge with at least five years of experience, and one employee who is a registered professional engineer in Louisiana in the required field. A minimum cumulative score of 70% is required. only those persons or firms receiving an overall cumulative score of atleast seventy 70 percent or greater, of the total possible points for all categories to be assigned by the participating technical evaluation committee members shall be deemed qualified
Failure to sign the questionnaire, failure to provide complete subcontractor questionnaires, or failure to provide accurate information regarding legal proceedings with the parish can lead to disqualification. failure to sign the questionnaire shall result in disqualification of proposer pursuant to j. p. code of ordinances ****.
