This is a presolicitation notice for the repair of Columbarium A at the Riverside National Cemetery. The project is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). The full solicitation, specifications, and drawings will be posted on SAM. gov on or about June 23, 2025. The response submission date and time will be included in the solicitation. Bidders must be registered SDVOSBs and verified in the SBA's website (www. ***. *. *) and the System for Award Management (SAM) database (www. ***. *. *). A bid bond and performance and payment bonds are required for the awarded contractor. The period of performance is 120 days from the notice to proceed.
