Firms must be certified in the System for Award Management (SAM) and have a SAM Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) with an active registration on SAM. gov. Interested small businesses shall submit a capability statement including firm name, address, phone number, a capability statement with recent relevant similar projects, performance history, owner's name and points of contact, and their capacity (prime, subcontractor, etc. ) and size status.

The deadline for submitting responses to this sources sought announcement is May 8, 2026, by 5 PM EDT.

Interested parties should provide their business size, indicate their socioeconomic status, applicable NAICS code, and cage code. If holding a GSA Federal Supply Schedule contract, the contract number should be identified.

Questions for clarification may be emailed no later than May 4, 2026, by 5 PM EDT.
