Procurement of a brand name or equal Nanalysis Autosample 100 Autosampler for use with an existing Nanalysis 100 MHz benchtop NMR system. The autosampler must be compatible with and capable of full integration with the government-owned Nanalysis 100pro benchtop NMR system. It should support automated queuing and execution of multiple NMR experiments and samples without operator intervention. The system must operate using existing Nanalysis software. The contractor is responsible for providing a turnkey solution, including all hardware, software, installation, and onsite operator training. A warranty of not less than one year is required. Delivery, installation, and training must occur within 60 calendar days from the date of award. Offers are due by email on or before July 7, 2026, by 1:00 p. m. Central Time.

Net 30 days after government acceptance of a proper invoice, which shall only be submitted after services have been performed. Advance payments will not be made.
Systems shall be warranted for not less than one (1) year from FDA acceptance of the systems. Warranty service shall include troubleshooting capabilities and immediate access to replacement parts. Phone and email technical support shall be included for a minimum of one (1) year.
The government intends to award a contract to the lowest priced technically acceptable responsible offeror whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered.
Offerors must provide sufficient technical information to conclusively determine that the quoted product meets or exceeds the minimum salient characteristics. For brand name or equal items, offers must meet salient characteristics, clearly identify the item, include descriptive literature, and clearly describe any modifications.
Submissions containing macros will be considered nonresponsive. Failure to complete required representations and certifications or rejection of terms and conditions may lead to exclusion from consideration.
