This is an invitation to bid for the purchase of one new stand-on zero-turn laser grading machine or approved equivalent. Butts County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive technicalities, and make an award in its best interest, including the option to negotiate terms with the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.

The bid notice includes a section for warranty information, including manufacturer warranty, additional warranty, and extended warranty options.
Butts County reserves the right to make an award deemed in its best interest, and may negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.

There will not be a mandatory pre-bid conference.
