Delivery is scheduled between 06/30/2026 and 09/13/2026.

Payment will be made after delivery, inspection, and acceptance. Invoices must be submitted electronically via the Tungsten network.

The contractor warrants that the items delivered are merchantable and fit for the particular purpose described in the contract.

Responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation.

The contract includes clauses for termination for convenience and termination for cause, with associated remedies for default.
