This is a solicitation for mold remediation and rehabilitation services at the lodging quarters of Klamath Marsh National Wildlife Refuge in Chiloquin, OR. The contractor must be licensed and bonded for mold remediation and adhere to EPA, OSHA, and IICRC S520 standards. The work includes assessment, containment, remediation, disposal of contaminated materials, post-remediation cleaning, inspection, verification, and rehabilitation of affected areas. This solicitation will result in the award of one firm fixed-price construction purchase order to the responsible respondent submitting the quotation with the lowest evaluated price determined fair and reasonable.
Contractor must be licensed and bonded to perform all levels of mold remediation and be able to provide an assessment and verification of mold-affected areas identified by the government. Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to complete all tasks and must be able to implement mold remediation procedures consistent with current EPA, OSHA, and IICRC S520 standards.
