Phase 1 onsite evaluation is to be completed within sixty (60) business days from the date of contract award. The contractor shall have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the maintenance and repair of high-vacuum furnaces. Offerors must provide a narrative of their technical capability, including specialized expertise in refractory systems, combustion controls, and metallurgical knowledge. They must also verify possession of necessary tools and equipment and confirm registration for industrial equipment maintenance (NAICS ****). The contractor must have a minimum of five 5 years of experience in the maintenance and repair of high-vacuum furnaces.
