Mechanical testing of high temperature, very high cycle fatigue, and tensile properties for H2- resistant and ODS alloys. 1. Machining and mechanical testing of samples ( fatigue and tensile) within 30 weeks of receipt. 2. Low cycle fatigue ( LCF) testing at room and elevated temperatures ( up to ****) on a minimum of 100 specimens. 3. Tensile testing of a minimum of 100 room temperature samples and 100 samples at temperatures up to ****. 4.
