Bids can be submitted by fax, email, or hand delivery. Preference will be given to TEROCertified contractors. The successful bidder must comply with tribal rules and regulations, and TEROCertification requirements. The contractor must warranty their work for one year and provide all manufacturer warranties. Insurance requirements, including Workers' Compensation, General Liability, and Automobile coverage, are mandatory. The project is subject to the Davis-Bacon wage rate and HUD requirements. A site visit is possible. The award will be based on the lowest and most responsive bid, considering factors such as previous project completion times and quality. Payment will be made in one payment upon completion and acceptance of work.

The tender requires the replacement of 39 HVAC compressors in 37 buildings at the Land Dominance Center, Fort Stewart, GA.
