Modular furniture systems moving services The disassembly and reassembly will cover approximately 140 workstations, including, but not limited to, cubicle panels, overhead shelves, pedestals, cabinets, worksurfaces, chairs, keyboards, and moving boxes.

The awarded vendor must be flexible with project scheduling. The contractor must provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment. The contractor must ensure that all personnel assigned to this project are trained and qualified to safely reconnect power to modular furniture systems. The awarded vendor will be required to remain flexible and responsive to project scheduling needs. Performance and payment bonds are required. The South Coast AQMD will give preference, where appropriate, to vendors who certify that they will provide most favored customer status to the South Coast AQMD.
The quotes are due o later than 2: 00 p. m. on january 9, 2026.
Unless otherwise provided in this agreement, terms are net 30 days.
The performance bond shall be for 100 percent of the purchase order price to guaranty faithful performance of all work, within the time prescribed, in a manner satisfactory to south coast aqmd, and that all materials and workmanship will be free from original or developed defects. The bond must remain in effect until the end of all warranty periods as set forth in the purchase order.
Award will be made to the vendor submitting the lowest cost quotation which is fully responsive tothe specifications set forth in the rfq, andor providing the best value to the south coast aqmd inaccordance with the south coast aqmd procurement policy and procedure.
Participation in the zoom bidders conference is mandatory. Proposals will not be accepted from businesses that do not send an authorized representative to the mandatory zoom bidders conference.
Suppliers in noncompliance will be subject to a twopercent of total purchase order value penalty.
