The university utilizes Payment Plus (ePayables) for immediate payment upon confirmation of goods receipt and invoice. For check payments, terms are net30. For ACH direct payments, terms are net15.

The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose proposal is determined to be the most advantageous to the university, taking into consideration the evaluation factors set forth in this RFP, including offeror qualifications, services defined, financial proposal, and evidence of successful performance.

Offerors must provide resumes of senior personnel, experience with willed body programs, sample job descriptions of morticians, and details on their fleet of vehicles for transportation.

Nonadherence to University Brand Standards can have a penalty up to and including contract cancellation.

Proposals may be rejected for failure to conform to essential requirements, imposition of conditions that modify terms, failure to sign the RFP, or receipt of proposals after the closing date and time.
