The Town of Charlestown is accepting sealed bids for the renovation of restroom facilities at Ninigret Park. The project includes demolition, replacement of fixtures, flooring, partitions, windows, doors, and electrical work. The project budget is not to exceed $30,****.

Sealed bids are invited from contractors for the renovation of a three-bedroom single-family home. The project includes a complete interior renovation, including new flooring, light fixtures, receptacles, bathroom expansion, drywall, doors, refrigerator, doorways, closet space, bathroom vanity, and medicine cabinets. An alternate project (G1) involves replacing the existing asphalt drive. Bids are subject to minimum wage rates. General bids must be submitted electronically at www. ***. *. * by 2:00 PM on **** pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday, **** at 11:00 AM at the project site. Questions must be submitted in writing to the designer by 4:00 PM on the Monday prior to the bid opening date. A bid deposit of at least 5% of the greatest possible bid amount is required.

Sealed competitive proposals are requested for the construction of a K9 training facility in Camden County, Georgia. The proposal is due September 4th, 2025, at 2:00 PM EST. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on August 14th, 2025, at 10 AM. Questions must be submitted by August 21st, 2025, and answers will be provided by August 26th, 2025. One original and three copies of the proposal documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope. Proposals may be withdrawn prior to the opening time.
